We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and nurture key client accounts for ValetEZ. The CSM will own client relationships across operations, tech, and accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and proactively resolve issues to deliver superior service. This role is critical in ensuring long‑term client success, retention, and account growth.​

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with client stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to track performance, SLAs, and client expectations.

Onboarding & Adoption

  • Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new accounts, coordinating with Deployment, Tech, and Operations.
  • Ensure clients and their teams are trained on ValetEZ processes, tools, and reports.
  • Monitor adoption and utilisation; address any gaps in understanding or usage.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating issue resolution across ops, tech, and accounts.
  • Track client health, satisfaction, and escalation patterns; maintain accurate account documentation.
  • Identify early signs of dissatisfaction or risk and implement corrective actions.

Growth & Commercials

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Share insights on client needs and industry trends to inform solutions and roadmap.
  • Support renewals, rate revisions, and expansion discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in Customer Success / Key Account Management in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of handling enterprise/B2B clients and coordinating across internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort with handling escalations.
  • Experience with tech/SaaS or tech‑enabled services preferred.
