We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on‑ground operations at a client site, including valets and parking attendants. This role ensures the smooth daily running of parking/valet operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise valets/attendants, manage shifts, and allocate tasks.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs in ticketing, parking flow, cash/QR handling, and customer service.
- Act as the on‑site point of contact for client representatives and end customers.
- Maintain daily records: attendance, shift reports, incident logs, and collection reports.
- Escalate operational or system issues to the Area Operations Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years in supervisory roles in parking, facilities, retail, hospitality, or similar.
- Strong people‑handling and customer service orientation.
- Comfortable working in shifts and at the site.
