Position: Area Operations Manager

We are looking for an Area Operations Manager to manage multi‑site operations for ValetEZ within a defined geography. The role includes team management, client interaction, incident handling, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites (parking/valet/client locations).
- Ensure adequate staffing, discipline, and performance of supervisors, valets, and attendants.
- Monitor site performance, audits, revenue leakages, and compliance.
- Handle client meetings, escalations, and regular performance reviews.
- Lead incident management and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
- Coordinate with HR, Deployment, Tech, and Accounts for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years’ experience in multi‑site operations (parking, facility management, logistics, hospitality or similar).
- Proven experience in client handling and incident management.
- Strong people‑management and field‑execution skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across sites.
