The Happy Cities Summit is the first of an annual global event on urban innovation and best practices, focused on cities of the twenty-first century. As part of its objectives of showcasing cutting-edge innovations that can be embedded in 21st Century cities in India and globally, the Summit was also the host for a global pitch competition of companies focused on building innovative solutions for cities of the future. The competition received 125+ entries from 25+ different countries.
ValetEZ was the among the 6 winners of this Happy Cities pitch competition, receiving special mention for its technology platform focused on addressing parking and related congestion. ValetEZ signed an MOU with the APCRDA (Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority) in the presence of the Honourable Chief Minister Shri. Chandrababu Naidu to implement its parking technology platform in the capital region of Amaravati.
